
Each year South Oldham Fire Department collects donations for the Crusade for Children. We are proud to be one of many fire departments participating in this cause. 100% of all donations to the Crusade for Children makes life better for children with identified health care, educational, and emotional wellness needs. While we will always accept donations for the Crusade for Children our annual collection drive last one week, typically starting the on the Tuesday following Memorial Day, and concluding the following Sunday.
South Oldham Fire Department thanks all of our members for donating their time to help this cause. We could not do this without the support of our local businesses and the community, we thank you for your generosity.

In 2024, on the 71st Annual Crusade, South Oldham Fire Department was presented with the Crusader Award!
This award was presented by the Crusade for Children and signifies that South Oldham Fire Department reached the $1,000,000.00 donation mark.
This award would not have been possible without the hard work and dedication to the Crusade from the members of our fire department over many years. Thank you all!
